LOUISVILLE, Ky. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Kentucky State Police are searching for an inmate who escaped from the Keaton Correctional Facility in Paducah.
According to state police, 33-year-old Frankie Lee Higdon of Louisville was discovered missing early Saturday.
Higdon is a white male, 5’11”, brown hair, blue eyes and was last seen wearing a tan jacket, black pants and carrying a black backpack.
He was serving time for Burglary 2nd degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Fleeing and Evading Police 1st degree motor vehicle.
