MAYFIELD, Ky (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Kentucky State Police are seeking Robert Foulk for being non-compliant with the Kentucky Sex Offender Registry.
Robert W. Foulk, 57, was last known to live in Paducah. He has failed to verify his address since early 2019.
He is described as a white male, 6-feet tall, 240 lbs, brown eyes, partially gray hair.
Kentucky State Police issued an active warrant against Foulk for Failure to Comply with the Kentucky Sex Offender Registry. This is a class D felony.
According to the KSP Sex Offender Registry, Foulk was convicted of rape and sodomy in Missouri.
