GRACEY, Tenn (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested a Gracey man and charged him with creating and distributing pornography involving a minor.
Larry “Grover” Stewart, 44, was arrested Thursday and booked into the Christian County Detention Center on charges related to sexual exploitation of a child.
Stewart was arrested as part of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after discovering Stewart had allegedly distributed files of child sexual exploitation online.
A search warrant executed at Stewart’s home in Gracey on Thursday, September 25, uncovered equipment that could have been used to facilitate the crime. It was seized and taken to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination. The investigation is ongoing.
Stewart is currently charged with 12 counts of possession of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor (1st offense), one count of distribution of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor (1st offense), and one count of a sexual crime against an animal.
Each charge is a Class-D felony punishable by one to five years in prison.
