CLARKSVILLE, TN – Kevin Kennedy, senior member of The Kennedy Law Firm, recently held his 2026 legal internship program.
For decades, The Kennedy Law Firm has invited outstanding young scholars from local high schools, universities, and law schools to participate in its summer legal internship program. During the internship, students were exposed to presiding judges from a wide variety of court systems, including Chancery, Circuit, General Sessions, and Juvenile courts.
They attended presentations by the District Attorney’s Office, as well as by several private attorneys practicing civil and criminal law at both the state and federal levels. “This program allows for the mentorship of experienced members of the bench and bar to share their expertise with a new generation which is shaping the future of our legal system,” Kennedy said.
