Kaye Lupa Melton, age 72, of Dover, TN passed away on Thursday, January 23, 2020, at her residence. She was born April 19, 1947, in Model, TN to the parents of Jonnie and Robbie Pettit Lupa. Kaye was a member of Mount View Cumberland Presbyterian Church and worked at TVA as well as the Homeplace.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by, brothers, Vernon Bailey, Jim Bailey, Clayton Futrell, and sister, Oneida Bailey.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Thomas Wayne Melton, son, David Norville (Rhonda), Dover, TN, daughters, Debbie Grasty (Brian), Indian Mound, TN, Lisa Gafford, Dover, brother, Loman Bailey, Lobelville, TN, sisters, Faye Decie Lupa of FL, Kathleen Lupa, St. Louis, MO, grandchildren, Margaret Gregg, Thomas Grasty, Sarah Atkins, Marcus Norville, Tiffani Nicole Norville, Kayla Presley, Larry Simpson, McCall Gafford, John Gafford, Anniston Gafford, 15 great-grandchildren, and her beloved dog Reno.
The funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, January 26, 2020, at Anglin Funeral Home with Brian Grasty officiating and burial to follow at Mt. View Cemetery, Dover with grandchildren serving as pallbearers.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 26th from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm at Anglin Funeral Home. Arrangements are entrusted to Anglin Funeral Home, Inc.
