Kathy Diane Mahoney, lovingly known as “Nana”, beloved homemaker and full-time special needs caregiver, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at the age of 67.
Kathy was born in Chicago, IL, on June 23, 1957, to the late William Lynn Allen and Alice Mae Allen (formerly Heath).
Kathy is survived by her husband, Greg Mahoney; son, Tommy Mahoney; daughter, Tonya (Frank) Pauley; sister, Linda Jones; grandchildren, Kevin Mahoney; Cameron (Anna) Mahoney; Caden Mahoney, and Mikayla Godfriaux; also, great-grandchildren, Callin Mahoney and Aria Mahoney.
Kathy dedicated her whole life to ensuring the happiness & well-being of her family. Fiercely protective & loyal, and consistently fostering warmth, comfort, love and laughs to make her house a home that her children & grandchildren would always want to return to. Her affectionate presence will be so greatly missed.
A memorial service will be held at Neal Tarpley Parchman Funeral Home on Sunday, August 11, 2024, at 3:00 PM with Rev. John Mark Thomas officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, August 11, 2024, from 2:00 PM until the hour of service at the funeral home.
