Karen “Jane” Evans Brake, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at her residence.
Jane was a graduate of Clarksville High School and Austin Peay State University. She was an avid golfer and a woman of faith. She was an active member of Sango United Methodist Church who loved singing in the choir.
Jane is survived by her loving husband, Landon C. Brake; beloved daughter, Amy Lynne Davies and daughter Angie Brake; grandchildren, Zach Paton (Mikaila), Josh Covell and Abby Covell; great grandson, Maddux Paton. She is preceded in death by her parents, Gordon and Madolyn Evans; sisters, Amy Elaine Tribble, Sharon Faye Evans and her son, Gregory “Jason” Davies.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 27, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Neal Tarpley Parchman Funeral Home with Rev. Dane van Eys officiating. The family extends an invitation of a gathering of friends and family from 3:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m. after the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jane’s honor may be made to Sango United Methodist Church general fund, 3301 Sango Road, Clarksville, TN 37043.
