Kandy Irene Crouch, age 55 of Clarksville, passed away on Saturday, Jan 23, 2016 at Skyline Medical Center.
She was born on Feb 04, 1960 in Norwalk, OH to Veary Edward and Shirley Ann Stobert Crouch.
She is survived by her sons, Chad, David and Chris Crouch; mother, Shirley Crouch; brother, Michael Crouch; sister, Penny Webb; and 4 grandchildren.
In addition to her father she is preceded in death by 2 brothers, Marty Crouch and Veary Crouch Jr., and a daughter, Amanda Crouch.
