CLARKSVILLE, Tenn (CLARKSVILLENOW) – On January 18 at approximately 10 p.m, a man driving in the area of an apartment complex in the 3000 block of Ft Campbell Blvd reported seeing a group of people walking around the complex wearing masks and looking into cars.
When officers arrived, the individuals fled on foot. They apprehended four juveniles (three were 16, and the other 15), from Kentucky. All four suspects were quickly caught and detained.
An investigation implicated two of the 16 year olds suspects in a vehicle burglary at the apartment complex. The other two juveniles’ (16 and 15) involvement could not be clearly determined.
One 16 year old was cited for burglary and evading. The other was cited with burglary and prohibited purchases of tobacco products by a minor (the suspect had two vape pens in their possession).
All four teens were released to the custody of an adult.
