CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Junior Auxiliary of Clarksville will participate in “Giving on the Cumberland” during Christmas on the Cumberland at McGregor Park on December 19 and 20.
Those visiting the Christmas on the Cumberland light displays can take an ornament from Junior Auxiliary’s Christmas tree located in the McGregor Park Museum. Ornaments on the tree list items that will help fill the Healthy Kids Kits that the ladies of Junior Auxiliary provide to 100 students in the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System. “Ornament” donations can be taken to the Parks & Recreation main office, located at 102 Public Square, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., or to the McGregor Park Museum from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. on December 19-20.
Junior Auxiliary of Clarksville is an organization of women who render charitable services to the children in the Clarksville-Montgomery County community. This is accomplished through a variety of service projects throughout the year that focus on helping those in need, as well as providing the basic necessities of life to children in the community.
