A Celebration of Life service for SFC Julian Thomas Hall, Army (Ret), age 89, of Clarksville, TN, will be Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. at Sykes Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens where he will be laid to rest alongside his wife, Mary Lucille Hall. The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 7, 2023, from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. and again on Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service.
Julian was born on January 17, 1934, in Greenville, SC, to Earl and Beatrice Hall. He passed away on March 3, 2023. Julian retired from the United States Army and was a Vietnam veteran. He was a long-time member of Cumberland Presbyterian Church and most recently was a member of First Church of the Nazarene where he and his wife sang in the choir. Julian enjoyed playing the guitar, singing, and flower gardening.
In addition to his wife, he is also preceded in death by his parents. Julian is survived by his children: Susan (Tim) Burpee, Tommy (Debbi) Hall, and Misty (Marty) Welch; 6 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
