Juanita Frizell, age 68 of Clarksville, passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at Gateway Medical Center.
Visitation will be from noon until 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2015, with the family present from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Foston Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Friday, July 24, 2015 at Foston Memorial Chapel.
