Joy Ella Pecor, age 78 of Dickson, passed away Friday, July 2, 2021 at Signature Healthcare.
She entered this life on May 15, 1943 in Watertown, N.Y and worked in the health care field for many years. Joy was raised by her adoptive parents, Ernest and Ella Manigold Brenon, who both preceded her in death.
She is also preceded in death by her husband, Earl Spencer Pecor. Survivors include her adopted daughter, Burnise (Roy) Chesire; grandchildren, David (Laura) Brenon, Heather Skye, Allen (Kelly) Peterson and Dianna Chartrand; great-grandchildren, Heather Brenon-DiBenedeltto, David Anderson III, Raymond Paeth, Sean Brenon, Jr., Bryan Brenon, Jude Peterson, Steven Peterson, Patrick Peterson, Amber Peterson, Kaylee Peterson, Aydan Peterson and Jason Peterson and brothers, Norman (Sheila) Totten and Paul Brenon.
