CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Joshua Wikholm has announced his candidacy for the Republican nomination for Montgomery County Commission, District 16.
Wikholm, 34, is an 11-year Army veteran and a Kentucky Colonel.
“I aim to continue a life of service and serve the community. My goal is to make behavioral health facilities more accessible in the county; as the country as a whole suffers from a behavioral health crisis,” Wikholm said.
“I aim to assist first responders in obtaining the resources they need for better training, and better care as well as get the community much needed infrastructure support for the rapid growth. I aim to assist Animal Care and Control with obtaining all the resources they need to do the best job they can,” he said.
“With all of this, my plan is too remain fiscally responsible I believe we can do this and balance our spending.”
District 16 is on the east side of Fort Campbell Boulevard, in the Ringgold area and straddling 101st Airborne Division Parkway.
