Joseph passed away on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Tennova Healthcare.
Funeral service for Joseph Louis Acocella, Sr., retired pharmacist, age 80 of Clarksville, will be Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at 3:00PM. The family will receive friends from 1:00PM until the hour of service. Burial will take place in the days following the service in the Gates of Heaven Cemetery in Valahalla, NY.
He was born on September 18, 1938 in Bronx, NY to Gabriel and Lillian Acocella. He is preceded in death by his wife Maryann C. Acocella, children; Christine A. Adler, Joseph Jr., and Victoria Acocella. He is survived by his daughters; Annamarie (Michael) Cinelli and Suzanne (Richard) Feltenstein, grandchildren; Michael and Katherine Cinelli, Charles and Stephen Adler, and Jennifer Feltenstein, sister-in-law Barbara Acosta, 1st cousins held dear to him as close as brothers Joseph P., Angelo, and Pat Acocella, and nieces and nephews.
