Jonathan Troy Hargadine, age 52, of Clarksville, passed away Sunday, June 14, 2015 at Gateway Medical Center.
Jonathan was born May 2, 1963 in Liberal, KS, to Madlyn Kellogg (Maurice “Tex”) Donaldson of Wichita, KS, and the late Terry Hargadine. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Timothy Hargadine.
Mr. Hargadine was retired from the US Army, where he served in the special forces. During his tenure, he served tours in Germany, Korea, Kuwait, and Iraq. He was of the Baptist faith.
Graveside service will be held at noon on Monday, June 22 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery – West, in Hopkinsville, with Rev. Gordon Donaho officiating. Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 21 at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home.
In addition to his mother, Jonathan is survived by his wife, Annette Crespo Hargadine; two sons, Luke Hargadine and Jordan (Heather) Hargadine, both of Wichita, KS; two stepsons, James Crespo and Jonathan Merydith, both of Clarksville; stepdaughter, Heather Smith of Dover, TN; sister, Tammy Johnson of Arkansas; and five grandchildren.
Military personnel will serve as pallbearers.
