John Dukes Collins, age 60 of Gordonsville, passed away on Monday, August 5, 2019, at his residence.
He was born on October 9, 1958, in Morristown, TN to Lee and June Dukes Collins, who preceded him in death.
He is survived by his wife, Teresa Collins, and sister, Melissa Collins.
