John Clyde Hunter Jr. age 51 of Charlotte, TN, passed away on Saturday May 25, 2019 at Tri Star Ashland City Medical Center in Ashland City, TN.
There will be a visitation time on Wednesday May 29, 2019 from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM at Gateway Funeral Home.
He was born in Charlotte, TN on September 22, 1967, the son of the late John Clyde Hunter Sr. and Edna Fay Sutton Hunter. He is a graduate of Dickson High School. John was a professional truck driver for many years, most recently with Roane Transportation. He loved his motorcycle and enjoyed talking to others. He never met a stranger.
He is survived by his wife Caryol Fae Hardy Hunter of Charlotte; a son John Clyde Hunter III; daughters Jessica Nicole Hunter and Dusty Ann Hunter; as well as a sister Marcy Ronell Wright.
