CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – In addition to Raising Cane’s recently proposing a new location in Clarksville, Jim ‘N Nick’s Bar-B-Q has also submitted site plans to open a location in Clarksville, according to a proposal submitted to the Regional Planning Commission.
Site plans show that Jim ‘N Nick’s is looking to build on an undeveloped property off of Pea Ridge Road. The site area is plus or minus 1.38 acres with the expectation only around 1.15 acres will be disturbed.
The restaurant itself will be 49,000 square feet while developers plan to provide 59 parking spaces, 10 more than the required amount.
