Jess Alan Hoak Jr., age 48 of Erin, TN, passed away on Monday, February 23, 2015 at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN.
Jeff was born on September 11, 1966 in Key West, Florida, son of the late Jess and Gladys Brown Hoak.
Survivors include his loving wife, Rebecca Bailey Hoak; sons, Brit Hoak, Travis Hoak; daughters, Tiffany Stills, Samantha Bachorski; and brother, Jim Hoak.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Tennessee Ridge Baptist Church with visitation with the family after 10 a.m. at the church.
