Jennifer Lee Dickson, age 38, of Clarksville, passed away Friday, December 9, 2016, peacefully at her residence, with her loving mother and father.
Jennifer was born October 7, 1978, at the Air Force Academy, in Colorado Springs, CO. She was a very special person. Ms. Dickson was a graduate of Northwest High School. She participated in the special Olympics and loved Barney videos.
Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, December 14, at 10:00 AM, at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, with Father Julian Ibemere officiating. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West, in Hopkinsville. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 13, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM, and Wednesday, December 14, from 9:00 AM until the hour of service, at the funeral home.
Jennifer is survived by her parents, John and Rebecca Dickson of Clarksville; brother, Brandon Scott Dickson of Clarksville; maternal grandmother, Patricia Jurisin; uncle, Tim Jurisin; uncle, Mike Jurisin; aunt and uncle, Kim and Bob Weimer; aunt and uncle, Kathy and James Lewis; and numerous cousins.
Pallbearers will be Robert Weimer, Jason Weimer, James Lewis, Anthony Lewis, Mike Jurisin, and Chad Jurisin. Honorary pallbearers will be Steven Weimer and Danial Jurisin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Autism Society of America, 4340 East-West Highway, Suite 350, Bethesda, MD 20814.
