The world lost a beloved wife and mother, Jennifer Alexander, on July 20, 2022. Jennifer fought a hard battle with metastatic breast cancer, but it never kept her from putting everyone ahead of herself. Everyone who had the pleasure of knowing Jennifer knew what a kind, selfless woman she was.
Jennifer was preceded in death by her parents Jesse Mitchell and Elsie Mitchell. Jennifer is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Mike Alexander, her dear sister, Jessica Mitchell, her son Robert Wilson, and her daughter Sara (Noel) Price. Jennifer is also survived by her grandchildren that lit up her world and lovingly referred to her as Nonny, Noel M. Price Jr., Parker Alexander Smith, William Edward Smith, and Kay Marie Price.
Everyone who knew and loved Jennifer is invited to attend a Celebration of Life at Jennifer and Mike’s church home, Bethel Cumberland Presbyterian Church, on Saturday July 30th at 12 p.m. with lunch to follow in the church fellowship hall.
