In 2023, Jenkins and Wynne is celebrating 70 years of service to Clarksville’s families. For the entire year, the Ford, Lincoln and Honda automotive dealership will be sharing the birthday festivities with our employees and the community.

Here’s a look back at how the business started and all the changes we’ve been through together over the last seven decades in Clarksville.

New mission statement

In honor of the 70th anniversary, we’ve also embraced a new mission statement focused on service and relationships.

“Everything we do at Jenkins and Wynne stems from our joy and deep-rooted desire to serve families with a genuine experience for generations. Our mission is to build relationships that go far beyond the transaction while providing every guest with an exceptional sales and service experience,” the mission statement says.

New Horizon Fund

At Jenkins and Wynne, we have a New Horizon Fund. We know in order for our team to take care of the community, we need to take care of our team.

Our New Horizon Fund helps team members who have fallen on hard times. We have an anonymous board who helps govern the funds and helps allocate to those who are in need. We have asked our generous team members to raise the monthly giving for the New Horizon Fund by $70 each month in 2023 as a team.

In 2022, the New Horizon Fund donated $16,630 to employees who had a need.

Celebrating anniversaries

As we celebrate Jenkins and Wynne’s anniversary, we are also recognizing and celebrating each of our employees’ anniversaries!

In January, any team member that has been at Jenkins and Wynne for at least one year will receive a special anniversary surprise. Each team member will pick an experience that is meaningful to him or her, with the option of including family members.

Example of experience rewards include: Cross Creek Clays, DEFY Clarksville, The River Club Golf Club, Flippin Axe, The City Forum, Top Golf Nashville, Grand Ole Opry, Ryman, Indoor Rock Climbing Nashville, massage, cooking class, art class, wine tasting, etc.

This is a small way we can say thank you to our team for their loyalty and dedication and hard work.
