For Earth Month, Jenkins and Wynne encourages you to join them to “be the good.” How have you celebrated Earth Month?
At Jenkins and Wynne, Bre Smith and Casey Jenkins met with Judy’s Hope on Thursday and donated 70 seed packets for flowers to be planted on the property, in honor of Jenkins and Wynne’s 70th anniversary this year.
Judy’s Hope is a local nonprofit that is building a small community of tiny houses for women and children experiencing homelessness. The 11-acre site is on South Second Street across from Valleybrook Park.
Judy’s Hope believes that true change comes by addressing physical, mental and emotional needs. In order for participants to live as strong, successful and independent women, each participant of Judy’s Hope will follow a five-phase program, according to their website. Each phase is designed to guide the participants in developing healthy emotional and spiritual habits as well as securing solid employment.
Jenkins and Wynne also donated 70 flower seed packets to visiting customers to further celebrate Earth Month.

April is also Stress Awareness Month. Jenkins and Wynne gave eight goodies bags of stress-relieving scents and products to help remind the team how important it is to manage stress.
