Funeral service for Jean Larnell Buckner, age 68 of Clarksville, will be Saturday, December 7, 2019, at 1:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home.
Bro. Claude Holt will officiate. Burial will follow in Gupton Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, December 6, 2019, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home and again Saturday from 12:00 PM until the time of service. Jean passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2019, at Summerford Nursing Home in Alabama. She was born on May 4, 1951, in Clarksville, TN to Dillard and Marion Gupton Holt. She was a devoted wife and loving mother. Jean enjoyed quilting, singing, and being with family.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Holt. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Lee Buckner; son, Jordan Buckner; daughters, Amber Buckner and Mitzi Birch; siblings, Billy Holt and Parker Ann Parker; grandchildren: Seth, Ginger, and Clayton.
