Jason Patrick Hoffman, age 46 of Fairview, TN, passed away on Thursday, April 30, 2020. He was born on June 18, 1973, in St. Paul, MN to Jon and Jackie (Harper) Hoffman.
He is survived by his spouse, Karla Hoffman.
