Ms. Janet S. Coats Riggins, age 75 of Indian Mound, TN passed away on Monday, February 17, 2020, at Diversicare of Dover.
She was born on October 31, 1944, in Stewart County, TN, daughter of the late Edwin and Lucille Wallace Coats. She was a member of the Pleasant Hill Free Will Baptist Church, an Eastern Star, a school bus driver, Realtor, and owned Papa Rock and Betty’s Florist.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband Frank Taylor and second husband Tony, son Daren Taylor, brothers, Darrel and Glenn Coats.
Survivors include sons, Frank Ed Taylor (Gaye), Wendell Taylor, Gary Threat (Sherry), sisters, Bonnie Hinson, Tammy Duncan, six grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Wednesday, February 19, 2020, at Anglin Funeral Home with Garrette Miliken officiating. Burial will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Dover, TN. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Tuesday and 10:00 am until the time of service on Wednesday. Aaron, Cameron and William Taylor, Ben Duncan, John Thomas Hinson, and Byron Spurgeon will serve as pallbearers.
