James “Jigger” Elliott Paulk Sr., 77, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Sunday, July 1, 2018, at his residence.
Jigger was born on July 20, 1940, in Clarksville, TN to the late William Eli Paulk and Belle Forguson Paulk. He is also preceded in death by his daughter, Angela Lynn Cole; brother, Clarence Paulk; and sister, Betty Armstrong.
A celebration of life service will be held on Friday, July 6, 2018, at 10:00 am at the Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Pastor Chris Edmondson officiating. Burial will be at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2018, from 4:00-7:00 pm and Friday, July 6, 2018, from 9:00 am until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Jigger was an Auto Body Tech for over 50 years. He was a member of One Church TV for 10 years.
Jigger is survived by his wife, Frances Kay Brant Paulk of Clarksville, TN; son, James Paulk, Jr. of Alabama; daughter, Helen Rebecca Carroll of Dover, TN; two brothers, Butch (Ellen) Paulk of Clarksville, TN and Cecil Garrett of Nashville, TN; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and a special grandson, Darius E. Gill.
