James Halford Sr., age 91 of Clarksville passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at he residence.
Visitation will be from noon until 8 p.m. on Tuesday, October 28, 2014, with the family present from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Masonic Rites at 7p.m. at Foston Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at noon on Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at St. Peter AME Church. Burial will be at Riverview Cemetery.
He was born April 30,1923 in Pine Bluff, AR to the late Andrew and Willie Brooks Halford. He is preceded in death by her wife Mrs. Sallye Jane Halford.
He leaves to cherish his memory sons, James A. (Patricia) Halford, Jr,Clarksville,TN,Donald R. Halford, San Antonio,TX and Keith W. Halford, Newnan, GA;grandchildren,Kellee Halford-Simms, Patrick(Michelle) Halford,Kendra(Dorian) Townsend and Delvin C. Halford and six great grandchildren and brother Nathaniel Halford, Pine Bluff, AR and a host of family and friends.
