Dr. James Danny ‘Doc’ Davis, age 76, went to be with the Lord on August 21, 2024.
Born February 2, 1948, in Cookeville, TN, Danny served Clarksville as a Doctor of Chiropractic for 40 years. He was well respected as a pillar of the community and mentored many young chiropractors.
He was a member of Kiwanis and the treasurer of the TN Chiropractor Board Association. He was a football coach for the 66-4 Cardinals, and helped pass a bill that allowed every officer to carry Narcan.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Jaimee and survived by his loving wife, Ardie; daughter, Jessica; and granddaughters, Ava Grace and Adriana Sophia.
To all his patients that he loved and treated like family, thank you for the confidence in Dr. Davis and allowing him to treat you and make your lives better.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2024, at 12:00 PM, at Neal Tarpley Parchman Funeral Home. Visitation will be Saturday, August 24, 2024, from 10:00 AM until the hour of service at the funeral home.
