James Christopher Moore, of Clarksville, TN went to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 15, 2024, surrounded by his loving family at the age of 77.
Chris was born on May 8, 1947, in Clarksville, TN to the late James Moore and Mary Redfern Cammiss Moore. He was a proud veteran of The United States Armed Forces having served from 1966-1969 with a tour in Vietnam. Afterwards he was a mail handler for the U.S. Postal Service until he retired. Chris was an avid angler and hunter. He was a true Patriot, who loved God, his country and his family. Nothing made him happier than spending time with and cooking for his family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of fifty-one years, Judy Lynn Moore.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Kristie Moore (Jane) and Michelle McCullough (Lee); grandchildren,Mercedes Dawson (Daniel), Dylan McCullough (Jordan) and great grandchildren; Kallie, Ellie, Millie, and Ruth. He also leaves behind his two dear brothers; Tommy Moore (Sharon) and Windell Moore (Myrna).
