Jack Edward Smrekar, 27, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Monday, October 24, 2016, at Tennova Healthcare of Clarksville.
Jack was born on December 21, 1988, in Columbus, OH to Blaine Edward Smrekar and Barbara Laporte Smrekar.
Jack was a salesperson at Mattress Express. He was a great outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing and camping with his brother. He loved Ohio State Football and the Nashville Predators.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 28, 2016, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home.
Jack is survived by his father, Blaine Edward Smrekar of Hinesville, GA; mother, Barbie Smrekar of Columbia, SC; two brothers, Jeffrey Smrekar of Clarksville, TN and Joseph Smrekar (Courtney) of Ft. Carson, CO; sister, Jessie Smrekar of Charlotte, NC; paternal grandparents, Eugene and Ivadell Smrekar of Columbus, OH; maternal grandparents, James and Verna Laporte of Tippecanoe, OH; and nephew, Matthew Smrekar.
