CLARKSVILLE, Tenn.  (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The Montgomery County Master Gardeners will be holding their Spring Plant Sale Saturday, May 16 at the Clarksville-Montgomery County Public Library, 350 Pageant Lane in Veterans Plaza.

The sale begins at 8 a.m. on the front sidewalk of the library and will continue until they are sold out.  There will be a variety of plants available at reasonable prices, most of which are grown in yards right here in Montgomery County.

The Master Gardeners Association is a volunteer service program associated with the University of Tennessee Extension office in Montgomery County. Their mission is to serve the horticultural needs to those living in Clarksville-Montgomery County and the surrounding area.

Master Gardeners also provide services to help local residents solve other home gardening problems, such as their Master Gardener Hotline.
