CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) The Friends of Loaves & Fishes is hosting their annual Louisiana Saturday Night, October 7, from 4:30 to 7 p.m. It’s your chance to enjoy an authentic Cajun style meal and help feed those who are hungry in Clarksville.
The event will take place at the Loaves & Fishes kitchen at the First Presbyterian Church Activities Center on the corner of Foster and North 3rd Streets and is a fundraiser for the organization. Tickets are $10 in advance or at the door and you can dine-in or carry out.
Loaves & Fishes has been feeding hungry people in Clarksville-Montgomery County for over 30 years and serves a mid-day meal six days a week which equals to about 50,000 meals a year. The organization is always in need of food and financial donations along with volunteers.
