Isabel “Isa” Otero was gifted to the world on June 5, 1952, by Eufemio & Ramona in Vega Alta, Puerto Rico.
With a vivacious smile and laughter, she changed and challenged the minds of anyone who had the privilege to encounter her grace. Her brilliance was solidified by graduating from the prestigious University of Puerto Rico, where her career in education started as a teacher and continued for over 20 years.
Her loveliness flowed through her dancing and love of singing, even if she did not have the best voice, her family & friends were all enriched every day by her zest for life.
Her spirit will continue through her devoted husband Miguel Otero; her children, Miguel Otero and Isabel Melissa Otero, and grandchildren, Victor Otero and Isabel Alejandra Otero.
A great soul left this world on June 16, but her essence will live on forever.
