CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – As part of a new effort by the local Crime Stoppers organization, the Clarksville Police Department is seeking information from the public about a cold case death.
In August 2005, Victoria Ochoa was reported missing.
Skeletal remains were later discovered at an abandoned residence at 402 D Street. The remains were identified as Victoria Ochoa.
