CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A Clarksville man was arrested over the weekend when he fled from police after officers allegedly caught him having a “sexual encounter” with a woman in public.
According to an arrest warrant, an officer saw 21-year-old Tristian Farr having what was described as a “sexual encounter” with a female in the public parking lot of a Riverside Dr. establishment July 21 around 2:42 a.m.
The officer said when he walked up to the vehicle, Farr and the woman both looked at the officers in uniform standing at the driver’s side door. Farr then slowly moved into the driver’s seat while looking at the officers and revved his engine before speeding off with no headlights.
Officers found the vehicle with Farr and the woman inside at a drive-thru line down the street. The officer said when he approached, Farr smelled of alcohol and had bloodshot eyes.
The officer said Farr performed poorly on a field sobriety test. He then consented to a breath test and reportedly blew a 0.129, which is above the legal limit.
The woman in the vehicle told police Farr did see the officers, but chose to drive off even after she told him not to.
Farr was charged with indecent exposure, evading arrest, and DUI. His bond was set at $15,000.
