CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – New concrete steps have been installed at the Scattering Garden at Greenwood Cemetery in Clarksville.
The public can visit the garden to scatter their loved ones’ cremated ashes in a picturesque setting, thanks to Montgomery County Master Gardeners Association, which partnered with the cemetery on the project.
Greenwood Cemetery said Toby from Orgain Ready Mix, Herman Albright – MC Master Gardener Project Chairman, his friend Lawrence, and Greenwood Head grounds keeper Chris all contributed to the latest project.
“We are very excited to see this phase completed. It not only adds beauty and function but safety for our elderly that come out and visit,” a representative from Greenwood said.
