CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – We could see light ice accumulation Sunday morning in Montgomery County, and highs next week will drop below freezing.

This lows will be in the teens to 20s Sunday through Monday, according to the National Weather Service.

A light wintry mix will develop Sunday morning into the early afternoon before warmer air builds in and switches over to all rain. Light ice accumulation is possible mainly north of I-40 along the Kentucky border, and along the Cumberland Plateau. Some icy roads are possible Sunday morning.

Rain showers will become snow showers Sunday night and linger Monday. A dusting of snow is possible, mainly across the Kentucky border Monday.

It will be mostly dry next week, but very cold each day with highs only near freezing and lows in the teens.
