CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The Humane Society of Clarksville-Montgomery County is currently running low on pet food.

The organization said on its Facebook page that the Pet Food Bank is nearly empty, and especially needs dry dog food. In 2013, the Humane Society distributed 13,766 pounds of dry dog food to low-income families.

Bags of pet food can be dropped off at 940 Tennessee Avenue in Clarksville during office hours: M/T/F/Sat 9 a.m.-2 p.m. or W/Th 4:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. All sizes and brands will be accepted.
