CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Montgomery County is hosting a Household Hazardous Waste collection event Saturday, March 21 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Transfer Station Convenience Center, 1230 Highway Dr.

The public can drop off pool chemicals, pesticides, fluorescent lamps, paints, paint thinner, flammable liquids, expired medicines, and more.

Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generators can be dropped off by appointment only. Schedule an appointment by emailing TNCESQG@cleanharbors.com.

Year-round collection of rechargeable and lead acid batteries, used oil, paint, electronic scrap, tires, and more is available at Bi-County Solid Waste Management, 3212 Dover Rd.
