Hopkinsville robbery suspect apprehended in Clarksville

The suspect was apprehended by Clarksville police.

CLARKKSVILLE, Tenn. – Clarksville police arrested a Hopkinsville robbery suspect around 10:45 a.m. Friday.

According to Officer Paul Ray with the Hopkinsville Police Department, 26-year-old Brandon Jerome Amos is a suspect in a Jan. 5 robbery ay Kroger in Hopkinsville.

Police in Clarksville were able to apprehend Amos thanks to an anonymous tip.

Amos is currently incarcerated in Montgomery County, TN, and will be awaiting extradition back to Hopkinsville.
