Homer Dean Altman, age 85, of Clarksville, passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at his residence.
Homer was born February 21, 1935, in New Castle, PA, to the late Carl McKinley and Jennifer Houston.
Homer is a retired U.S. Navy Veteran.
