CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – From the final events of fall to Thanksgiving fun to Christmas events, there’s plenty coming up in Clarksville!

Ongoing events

Christmas on the Cumberland

Where: McGregor Park, 640 N. Riverside Drive
When: Nov. 18-Jan. 2, from 5-10 p.m. on Sunday-Thursday and 5-11 p.m. on Friday-Saturday.
Cost: Free
Details: Display of over 1 million lights. Lights may be off during rain and extreme weather.

Drive-thru Christmas Lights

Where: Clarksville Speedway and Fairgrounds, 1600 Needmore Road
When: 5:30-10 p.m. nightly, Nov. 21-Jan. 1
Cost: $30 per car ($50 for more than 8 in vehicle), with various discounts.
Details: Over one mile, and over 3 million lights, from the comfort of your car.

Dec. 22

Candlelight: Holiday Special

Where: Roxy Regional Theatre, 100 Franklin St.
When: Friday, Dec 22, 8:45-10:45 p.m.
Cost: $45-$60
Details: Candlelight: Holiday Special featuring “The Nutcracker” and More. This is a live, multi-sensory musical experience under the gentle glow of candlelight.

Dec. 31

New Year’s Eve Party

Where: Downtown Commons, 215 Legion St.
When: 9 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 31
Cost: Free
Details: For the first time, Montgomery County will host a New Year’s Eve, family-friendly event with singing, dancing, and food. A 10-piece live band, dance floor, and string lighting will be placed on the lawn under a clear tent. There will also be a photo-booth trailer, food trucks, lounge seating, outdoor fire pits, and a surprise ‘drop’ at midnight.
