CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Back by popular demand, the Montgomery County Historical Society has announced four upcoming historic cemetery tours at Riverview Cemetery and Greenwood Cemetery in Clarksville.
These walking tours will be led by Carolyn Stier Ferrell, local historian, author, story-teller, and authority on cemetery iconography. Carolyn will share some historical facts, notable family stories, and even a few mysterious tales during the tours.

Carolyn will also have some of her books for sale during the events. Light refreshments will be provided after the tours. In the event of rain, ticket holders will meet inside the L&N Train Station on 10th Street for a discussion and visuals of the same topics. For more information, call 931-220-2627.
