CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The regular season for the 2022 football season is set to begin next week. As each team in Montgomery County continues to prepare for their opening day matchup, they have the chance to showcase their skills for the Clarksville community on Friday, Aug. 12.
Montgomery County has two jamborees taking place this Friday. Three scrimmages will be held at Northeast High, while three additional scrimmages will be held at Clarksville High.

The scrimmages have been formatted where each game has 55 minutes to complete two quarters of play. The ball will be placed on the 20 yard line to start each game. Also, each team will only have one 30-second time out during competition. Tickets can be found on Go Fan, and they are priced at $7.
As for Clarksville Academy, they are set to participate in the East Robertson jamboree, where they will go up against Houston County. The scrimmage is set for Friday at 4:40 p.m.
