The Kiwanis Club of Clarksville and the Clarksville Rotary Club held their 7th Annual High School Basketball Tip-Off Luncheon, Tuesday, November 17. Both boys and girls basketball head coaches and Athletic Directors from all seven local high schools and Clarksville Academy were on hand to talk about their players and the upcoming season.
