Henry James Halbert, age 84, of Clarksville, passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2020, at his residence. He was born on March 12, 1936, in Brooklyn, NY to Harry and Regina Claire Halbert. He proudly served his country in the United States Army.
He is survived by his spouse, Carmen Halbert, sons, Henry and Paul, and daughters, Rose and Jessica.
