CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (ESPN CLARKSVILLE) – Clarksville High fell to Henry County in extra innings in the District 10-AAA softball tournament Wednesday night.

The game went eight innings and ended with a 6-5 Patriot win.

Madisen Blackwell pitched seven innings for the Wildcats. She struck out six batters and allowed eight hits in seven innings. Madison Haught came in for an inning to relieve her.

Emily Brown pitched six innings for the Patriots. She allowed five hits and struck out three batters. Paige Roberts came in and pitched two innings, striking out one batter and allowing three hits.

Sarah McClellan and Gracelyn Woolen both had multiple hits for Clarksville. Woolen hit a three-run shot over the right-field fence to tie the game in the 6th inning.

Both teams had three hits in the game.

Gracie Osbron and Abigail Wilson had multiple hits for Henry County.

The 6-5 loss moves the Wildcats to the losers bracket. They will take on Springfield on Thursday to battle back. Henry County awaits the winner.
