CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – 5 Star Media Group is once again partnering with Manna Café Ministries for Combat Hunger to feed the less fortunate.

The 12th annual Combat Hunger is happening Saturday, Nov. 13, from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. at grocery stores throughout Clarksville.

Volunteers will be out helping, and, along with food items, monetary donations will be accepted to purchase food.

Donors can use QR codes to transfer shopping lists to their phones. Typical items on the list include canned soup, spaghetti sauce, canned meat and peanut butter.

Food collection stations will be set up at:

  • Kroger at Madison Street
  • Kroger at Lowes Drive
  • Dollar General Market
  • Hilltop Market
  • Walmart at Madison Street
  • Walmart at Wilma Rudolph Boulevard
  • Neighborhood Walmart Market off Whitfield Road
  • Neighborhood Walmart Market off Tiny Town Road
  • Piggly Wiggly in Dover
